When you play on a Minecraft server or in a solo world, all the information about your progress, inventory, position, and more is stored in files called playerdata. These files are unique to each player, thanks to their UUID (Universal Unique Identifier). Sometimes, it’s necessary to delete this data, whether to clean up or to start fresh.

How to Find a Player’s UUID? 🔍

For Online Players:

1. Visit a Minecraft UUID lookup website.

2. Enter the player’s name and click "Lookup."

3. Save the UUID for later!

Deleting PlayerData: The Crucial Step 🗑️

For Dedicated Servers:

1. Access "Files" in your server’s control panel.

2. Find your world folder, then navigate to the playerdata folder.

3. Use the saved UUID to locate the player’s data you want to delete and delete the files.
