Hello everyone! 🌟 Today, we’re bringing you a super useful guide on how to set a custom seed on your Minecraft server. We know that the world of Minecraft is practically infinite and full of possibilities, so let’s customize it to the max! 🚀

What Are Seeds? 🌱

"Seeds" are values that determine the world that will load in the game. 🌱 Since they are case-sensitive, you can create very specific worlds. Whether you get your seed from your own world using the /seed command, from a friend, or online, the possibilities are endless.

🌌Steps to Follow:

  • Make sure your server is not running 🚫💻

  • Go to the "Files" tab and delete the "world" folder if it exists 🗂️🗑️

  • Open the server.properties file in the file manager. 📝

  • Find the "level-seed" option (or add it if it doesn’t exist) and then enter the seed you want.

↘️ After making the changes ↘️

  • Save the file 💾

  • Common Issue⚠️: "I can’t find the 'level-seed' option!" 😕

Solution✔️: If you don’t see the option, simply add "level-seed=" to the file and then type your seed after the equals sign.

  • Go to the console tab, start the server, and wait for your new world to generate using your new seed 🌍⏳

That’s it! You now have your world with the new seed! 🌎🌱

Common Issue ❌: "The world isn’t generating with the new seed." 😫

Solution✔️: Make sure you’ve saved the server.properties file correctly. If the problem persists, try restarting the server and verify that the seed is typed correctly and without extra spaces.

And that’s it, friends! You should now have a completely new and personalized Minecraft world ready to explore. 🧭✨

Best Regards,
